THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND GRANT CITY
VENTURES INCORPORATED. READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS AND 
USING THE PRODUCT. IT PROVIDES A LICENSE TO USE THE PRODUCT. BY INSTALLING AND USING THE 
PRODUCT, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRODUCT AND AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND 
BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, DO NOT 
INSTALL THE PRODUCT.

Grant City Ventures Inc. hereby grants a nonexclusive license to use the Spyshakers.com
Ghostpad script on the following terms:

This license for Spyshakers.com Ghostpad requires no payment by the user to 
Grant City Ventures Inc. or to any other party. Some features of this script 
may require payment (such as verification and / or placement in the Ghostpad Directory)
but these features are optional.  

The following modifications are allowed without approval:
(1) Modification of text color and / or link color.
(2) Additions of additional keyboard languages.

The following modifications are allowed with approval from Grant City Ventures:
(1) Graphical alterations to the keyboard background and / or keyboard buttons.

The following modifications are not permitted:
(1) Removal of any links including About, Demo, or Verify.
(2) Adding additional links to Spyshakers.com Ghostpad.  

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND CONTRIBUTORS "AS
IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED
TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT
OWNER OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE,
DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY
