Main Profile Page - Help Page
Your name appears at the top (first 8 characters)
... right after
your name is a little gray square ... use this gray square to click on
it and log out. If no square appears , hover over where it should
be and you will be able to click and log out.
- "New Link" -
While on the main profile page , click on this to enter a new link(s)
- "Folder Options" -
While on the main profile page , click on this to view/modify folder
options
- "Shaker List" - While
on the main profile page , click on this to do two different
things. If you have never set up a Shaker List before , this link
will invite you to set up a new Shaker List. If you have a Shaker
List in place , this button will quickly turn off the Shaker List
function and hide all confidential information related to all links.
- "My Settings" - While
on the main profile page , click on this to view/modify your Spy Shaker
settings.
- Current Folder
- Your current folder is shown here ... to switch folders , select your
desired folder from the combo box and click "Go".Main List:
Your main list will display all of your links for the
current folder ... you know that you have full access to all of your
confidential information if you can see black boxes to the right of all
of your links. If black boxes are NOT visible , this means that
access status is restricted because a Shaker List is in place and it
needs to be turned on to gain full access. Your black boxes will
either be empty or they will have your first initial of your name in
them. If they have your initial in them, this means that this
link has confidential info associated with it (aka Usernames and
Passwords). To see the confidential info , you can hover above
your initial for the Username and hover below your initial for the
Password. Clicking on the initial will bring up the User Names
and Passwords in text boxes so that you can drag and drop them into
their destinations if you so choose. Clicking on the link will do
the same thing but it will also launch the web page.Shaker List:
Once you have a decent list going you can put a Shaker List on your account (optional) ... to put a Shaker List on your account , click on the
and follow the
instructions ... to turn on a Shaker List , check the correct boxes on
the list (make sure they are correct) and scroll to the bottom of the
page ... click "Submit" at the bottom of the page (be sure that neither
"Edit" nor "Delete" nor "Move To:" are checked to turn on the Shaker
List (these things must be UNCHECKED to turn it on) ... your list will
turn on and you will now see the confidential info that was previously
hidden. If you mess it up the first time it will say a message
like "Warning , wrong trigger list" ... if the Shaker List is entered
wrong twice, your account goes into lock-down and you have to unlock it
by checking your email from a computer that you TRUST.All:
Check the "All" checkbox to quickly select or de-select all links.
Edit:
Check the "Edit" button and the links you wish to edit to be taken to the Edit Links page.
Delete:
Check the "Delete" button and the links you wish to delete to be taken to the Delete Links page (NOTE - there is no warning for this , once you check the links and check "Delete" they will be deleted immediately).
