To log in to the Spyshakers System, provide your Username and your Main Password.
Under Normal Circumstances:
Username - By default your Username is the front part of your email address ... for example ... PERSON@spyshakers.com would have a Username of PERSON ... this can be changed in the
My Settings once logged in.If you forget your user name , you can have it sent to your email address on file here .
Password - Unfortunately if you forget your Main Password, we cannot remind you of it (this is because your Main Password is used to secretly encode all of your data - if we knew your Main Password - your info would not be very secret !!! ) ... we can remind you of your Password Hint though , so make your Hint good enough to remind yourself ... your Main Password can be changed by knowing your old password in the
My Settings once logged
in.My Account May Be Under Attack , I Am Locked Out:
In this case , recovery info has been sent to your email on file ... BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL FROM A COMPUTER YOU TRUST ... run virus checks and check wires of the keyboard to make sure nothing is attached to the end that should not be , or just use someone else's computer that you have not been using to recover .. do this to try to shake whatever spyware may have captured your info on a bugged computer.
